1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and d2fun ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by d2fun, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are not permitted to use the d2fun platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the Terms and Conditions constitutes your full acceptance of those changes.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register for and use d2fun services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Be a legally eligible individual to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable laws or regulations in your location from using online betting services.
• Not a resident or citizen of any country specifically restricted by d2fun from accessing this platform.
• Your account has not been previously terminated by d2fun for any breach of terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. d2fun reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including a copy of your national ID or passport, proof of address, and documents related to the payment method used.

3Member Account

Each member is only permitted to hold one account only at d2fun. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, IP addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account. d2fun recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available in your account settings.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after using the platform, especially on public devices.
• Notify d2fun immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

D2fun shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on d2fun are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a variety of local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and online bank transfer.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction.
• Deposit funds will be credited to your account within minutes upon receipt of payment confirmation.
• D2fun does not charge any fees for deposits; however, payment providers may impose certain charges.
• All deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in the member's own name.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on the selected method and KYC verification status.
• Members who have not completed the KYC process may experience delays in withdrawal processing.
• D2fun reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawals for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.
• Withdrawal funds will only be transferred to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the member's own name.

5Bonuses & Promotions

D2fun offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. Each bonus offer is subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside the offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement (betting multiplier) that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
• D2fun reserves the right to withdraw or cancel bonuses upon discovery of abuse or fraud.
• Wagering using bonus funds only (without your own cash) may not count toward certain rollover requirements.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.
• Rollover requirements must be met within the specified time frame; expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

6Wagering Rules

All bets placed on d2fun are final once confirmed by the system. Members are responsible for ensuring all betting details are accurate before confirmation. d2fun will not cancel confirmed bets at a member's request except under specific circumstances such as the following:

• A clear technical error occurred in the system at the time the bet was placed.
• Odds displayed are clearly inaccurate due to a data error or system disruption.
• The sporting event commenced before the scheduled date and time without prior notice.

For Sports Betting, the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are the applicable odds, not those at the time the match is in progress. For casino and slot games, results displayed by the game system after each round are final and cannot be disputed.

7Responsible Gaming

10Limitation of Liability

D2fun provides its platform "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, d2fun shall not be liable for:

11Account Suspension & Termination

D2fun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the member has:

• Violating any term under this Agreement.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Owning or using multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Abusing d2fun bonuses or promotions through unfair methods.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward staff or other members on the platform.

Members whose accounts are terminated due to a breach of terms may not be eligible to recover their account balance, depending on the severity of the violation. d2fun will conduct a thorough investigation before any final decision is made.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned upon completion of the verification process.

12Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

D2fun reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform, unless stated otherwise. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or in-platform notifications for significant changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the d2fun platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the latest version of these Terms and Conditions.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where d2fun is registered. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
